I'm a Senior Software Engineer at Gainsight, working at the intersection of LLM-powered product features and high-throughput backend infrastructure. Day to day that's Python — FastAPI services, AI multi-agent orchestration, running on AWS and GCP.
I care about code that's easy to debug at 2 AM, observability that catches problems before customers do, and AI features that ground their answers in real data instead of hallucinating. Off-hours I build AI tooling, automating workflows, exploring new LLM capabilities and reading research papers. Sometimes play chess, hit the gym, go for a run, or jam to some music.

Senior Software Engineer
Aug 2025 - Present- Shipped 5+ enterprise grade features that landed Fortune 500 accounts including Intuit and Adobe; sustained 99.95% measured uptime across high stakes deployments.
- Patched 2 critical Python CVEs flagged by Snyk; hardened the dependency footprint and held the dashboard at zero open critical findings.
- Promoted internal APIs to public facing endpoints under proper authorization, enabling customers to integrate the platform into their own systems and workflows.

Software Engineer
Aug 2023 - Aug 2025- Implemented 3 production agents (Moderation, Search, Translation) with stateful multi step reasoning, tool use, and conditional graph routing; reached 95% decision accuracy and automated previously manual moderation and translation workflows.
- Rolled out SSO across the multi product platform with 5 identity providers (SAML 2, OAuth2, OpenID, Token, Google Sign In); replaced per product credential with a unified sign in surface.
- Designed high throughput APIs serving 2M+ requests per day at ~500 RPS peak with P99 latency under 200ms; drove cost per request down 30% via caching, reiterating the architecture, and query plan tuning.
- Extracted 2 team owned services out of the monolithic backend into independently deployable FastAPI microservices with dedicated scaling policies and CI pipelines, reducing deployment time from ~30 min to ~10 min and enabling per service hotfixes without a full system redeploy.
- Stood up observability for microservices and AI workloads, CloudWatch alarms sustained 99.9% measured uptime and caught regressions before customer impact.
- Built a rule based user segmentation engine with multi attribute predicates (registration recency, role, post counts, last activity windows); powers targeted audiences across the platform.
Associate Software Engineer
Aug 2022 - Aug 2023- Standardized Python local dev with Docker Compose across the team's services and gave the team reproducible dev parity with production.
- Built the platform's i18n framework supporting 20+ locales with message catalogs, plural rules, and RTL support; unblocked customer launches across EMEA and APAC.
- Wrote 200+ unit, integration, and E2E tests for critical modules; raised line coverage from ~40% to ~75% and caught regressions pre merge in CI.
- Automated CloudFormation IaC for 2 microservices (~83 AWS resources covering Lambda, RDS, IAM, Application Insights); provisioning with PR driven deploys.
